Recently, a customer from Benin visited our factory and tested the working effect of our high-power tire double shaft shredder. The configuration of this equipment is very powerful, with 30 * 2 kW motor power, to ensure that the machine can still maintain a strong power output under high-intensity operation, to meet the customer’s demand for efficient processing capacity. The production capacity of the machine is between 3 and 8 tons per hour, adapting to the needs of different scales of production, and can efficiently process a variety of solid waste.
With a feed opening size of 1200*1000 mm, this model of twin-shaft shredder can easily handle large-sized waste tires and other solid wastes, ensuring fast input of raw materials and stable operation. The overall size of the equipment is 3.6 meters long, 1.5 meters wide, and 2.2 meters high, and weighs 5 tons, which is compact and solid, and suitable for various production environments.
During the test process, the customer was very satisfied with the discharge effect of the equipment, and the final product size can reach 2-10 cm, which fully meets its subsequent processing needs. Whether it is waste tires, plastics, metals, or other types of solid waste, they can be shredded smoothly and become reusable resources.
