The Solar PV Panel Recycling Plant, also known as Solar & Photovoltaic (PV) panels recycling plant and Solar Panel Recycling Machine is an innovative set of solutions designed to enable the efficient recycling and reuse of used solar panels. Through a series of delicate process steps, this production line can process all components in a solar panel, including glass, aluminum frames, plastic backsheets, and critical semiconductor materials such as silicon, ensuring that these valuable materials can be recycled and put back into production.
Our production line begins with pre-processing, a stage where automated machinery is used to remove the solar panel’s external metal supports and electronic components. Next, the solar panels are fed into a frame remover, a machine specifically designed to remove the bezel. The glass removal machine then efficiently strips the glass from the PV panels, ensuring a glass recovery rate of over 99%.
After the glass has been stripped, a twin-shaft shredder tears the PV panels into strips in preparation for subsequent crushing and separation. The material is then fed into a crusher, which breaks the material into 1-2cm pieces, which are fed into a fine mill under negative pressure for further refinement.
The metal powder is screened out in an air separator, while the plastics and small amounts of metal are separated by an electrostatic separator. This process ensures the purity of the material and provides a high-quality feedstock for subsequent recycling and reuse. Our production line operates in a negative pressure environment and is equipped with a pulsed dust extraction system, which not only improves the cleanliness of the operation but also reduces the impact on the environment.
Our solar photovoltaic panel recycling equipment is reasonably designed with a sturdy and stable structure. The main shaft has undergone professional on-site dynamic balancing tests to ensure smooth operation and low noise. The design of the equipment allows for multi-purpose use, by adjusting the spindle clearance to suit the recycling needs of different materials. The bearings are purchased from famous brand manufacturers to ensure the service life and cost performance of the equipment.
